Hotel Information

To attend the wedding, all guests must RSVP by completing the RSVP section on the website and book your room using the link below by March 1, 2026.

What guests need to book and pay for:

• Your resort stay (minimum 3 nights; March 14 - March 16, 2027 or March 15 - March 17, 2027)

• Your flights (Romantics Travel can assist if needed)

Booking your room through the link below provides guests with the following at no additional cost:

• Access to all wedding events

• All-inclusive resort stay (meals, drinks, taxes, tips)

• Private round-trip ground airport transportation

• 24/7 travel support through Romantic Travel our travel coordinators; Kim & Jeff

The resort and wedding events are adults-only.

Attire Guide

Dress Code: Formal Attire
Women: Long dresses or Indian attire
Men: Dress pants and dress shirts or suits

We kindly ask all guests to dress in black or dark brown tones.

Q: If I want to attend the wedding what do I need to do and in what order?

• Complete RSVP section on website

• Decide your stay dates (March 14-16, 2027 or March 15-17, 2027) and whether you'll share a room with another guest or have your own

• Reserve your room and pay deposit through link above

• Book your flight based on your stay and send flight details to Romantics Travel so they can schedule your ground transportation

• Set reminder to make your final room payment by October 28, 2026

Q: What do I do if I am unable to attend?

Complete RSVP section on website indicating you are unable to attend. If you have already reserved your room, please contact Romantic Travel.

Q: Do I need to book my room through the link provided?
Yes. This ensures you're on the guest list and receive all group perks. Booking elsewhere, such as directly from the hotel website may result in extra charges.

Q: Must I stay at the wedding resort to attend the wedding?
We strongly encourage it. Guests who book their stay at a different resort may need to purchase a wedding day pass or per event pass, and these are extremely limited.

Q: What is included when I book my room?
The resort is all-inclusive with a 3-night minimum stay which includes: hotel room, all meals, drinks (alcoholic & non), taxes, tips, all wedding events, round-trip ground airport transfers and 24/7 travel support through Romantic Travel.

Q: What is not included when I book my room?
Your flight.

Q: Can I book a higher room category, or a room that isn’t in the wedding block?
Yes! If available, Romantics Travel can reserve upgraded rooms. Use the request form and note your preferred room. Quotes may take a few days.

Q: Can I make payments? 
Yes. After your deposit, you can pay in any amount or wait until the final due date. Late payments incur a $50 fee. Reservations not paid within 7 days of the final due date will cancel and all payments are forfeited.

Q: Do I need Travel Insurance?
It offers 75% refund for cancellation due to any reason, and 100% refund for covered reasons. Must be purchased at time of deposit.

Note: Airfare must be part of your hotel package to be covered—or purchase separate air protection.

Q: What if I can't make it? Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes, cancellation fees may apply based on timing. Travel insurance helps minimize these. Insurance is non-refundable. Contact Romantics Travel for changes or cancellations.

Q: What about name changes?
Changes incur a $50 fee and must be made more than 30 days before departure. Changes within 30 days may be denied or result in price adjustments.

Q: Is round-trip ground transportation included?
Yes. To confirm, submit your flight info using the Flight Link (sent ~90 days before travel). Submit no later than 45 days before travel. Transportation is only provided on check-in/check-out days between the airport and resort.

Q: How do I book my flight?
